How Symplr Texting Works

Ambs Call Center integrates with Symplr to provide HIPAA compliant secure messaging. When secure text messages are sent to the Symplr user, the data is encrypted the user receives the full details of the message.

The user can then accept the call by selecting yes when reading the text message. Symplr then communicates with our call center platform that the message has been received.

Symplr integration supports many other powerful features.
